The roof planner helps you explore a project using an outline, image calibration, dimensions, and pitch assumptions you provide. Its results depend on those inputs and the available imagery.
Draw separate, non-overlapping sections, include roof overhangs, and confirm that the selected building is yours. Your roofing contractor must verify dimensions, slope, conditions, and material quantities before work or purchasing materials.
Budget ranges and final pricing
Any budget range shown by the tool is preliminary. It is not a binding roofing quote and does not create a construction contract.
The final price depends on the inspected roof, selected products, access, removal and disposal, permits, underlying conditions, and the written scope. An image cannot reveal concealed decking damage or determine every item a project will require.
Material and color illustrations
The example-home photographs are AI-generated illustrations. Tile, shingle, and metal examples use one fictional home; the low-slope view shows a separate fictional home. They do not document completed roofing projects.
For your own photo, you trace the visible roof planes and the website applies a local color or material treatment. It does not automatically detect the roof, generate an AI-edited photo of your home, or calculate roof area from that appearance preview. Use a photo you own or have permission to use.
These previews and saved concepts are not manufacturer color matches or confirmation that a product is suitable for a particular roof.

Your independent roofing contractor
Your Roof LA is a roofing referral service. Your independent roofing contractor provides the final quote, contracts directly with you, and performs the work.
The contractor provides any agreed workmanship warranty. Review the contractor’s identity, license, insurance, scope, payment schedule, and warranty terms before entering an agreement.
Submitting a request
An inquiry requests contact about your project. It does not book a site visit, purchase roofing work, or accept a construction contract. Any final proposal and construction contract come directly from your independent roofing contractor.
