How a roofing inquiry works

- Discuss the project. Your inquiry gives us the details needed to connect you with an independent roofing contractor and discuss availability, materials, and an assessment.
- Review a written proposal. The roofing contractor evaluates the property, confirms the scope and final price, and contracts directly with you if you decide to proceed.
A useful estimate starts with the right assumptions
Aerial imagery, an uploaded overhead image, or dimensions you enter can help estimate roof size. The result depends on the outline, scale, pitch, and waste allowance you choose. It cannot reveal concealed damage or replace a roof inspection.
The material and color previews are illustrations. Your contractor can help confirm product availability, roof suitability, and physical samples before you select a system.
Your project, your decision
