Your roofing inquiry
The inquiry form collects the name, phone number, property address, project details, and message you provide. An email address is optional. Confirmed roof measurements and your selected roofing options may also be included when you choose to attach them to your request.
Submitted inquiries are processed through Netlify Forms so Your Roof LA can review and respond to them. Relevant project and contact information may be shared with an independent roofing contractor to discuss your roofing inquiry. General questions and privacy requests are handled as contact requests and do not include roof-planner measurements.
Address searches and aerial imagery
When you choose “Find my home,” the address you enter is sent to the U.S. Census Bureau’s geocoding service. The map-area coordinates are then sent to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to request aerial imagery. The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is used as an imagery fallback.
Your browser also sends the network information needed to make these requests, such as your IP address. These providers operate under their own privacy policies, linked below. Address matches and imagery may be approximate; confirm the correct building before tracing your roof.
Overhead images and home photos
Images you select for measurement or appearance previews are processed in your browser. This website does not upload those images to a server, send them to an AI service, or attach them to your roofing inquiry. If you choose to save a concept image, your browser downloads it to your device.
In the appearance tool, you select the visible roof planes and apply the material or color treatment locally. Those photo treatments do not supply roof measurements. You can separately choose to include planner measurements and roof options in a request after confirming that they apply to the property.
Stored requests and notifications
Netlify Forms stores accepted submissions for the site operator to review. A copy may also be received by email when submission notifications are configured.
For questions about information you have submitted, use our inquiry form, choose “General question / privacy request,” and describe your question in the message field.
Marketing trackers
This website does not include advertising pixels or marketing tracking scripts.
